I recently bought some sweet NOS moldings and I'd like to put them on. Does anyone know of a trick to getting these off and putting the new ones on? It looks a little tight in there. I haven't tried anything yet (too cold out http://www.chevelles.com/forum/frown.gif)but I'd like to know for when I do. These are the potmetal moldings on the end of the bedsides on both sides of the tailgate and the moldings that go from them down to the taillights. Thanks!

PS - I also need to know how to remove the trim on the bed that's below the back window. I'll be needing new clips for this; are they available in parts catalogs? NOS parts are the best!!

I can help you on this one since I removed mine this past Sunday afternoon! Remove the tail light assembly including the mounting brace. Mine had one nut on the "L" shaped corner piece and two on the straight piece.

I wasn't too worried about the piece below the rear window when I removed it since I have to replace it anyway. I just used a screwdriver! The outermost clip on each end is metal. The ones in the middle are plastic and attached to studs. I need a couple of these myself.
