WHat is the correct amount of tranny fluid to put into a th400 that has had the pan gasket and filter changed?? ALso what is the best fluid to run these days? Thanks B.

4-6 qts, depending on the pan, ck after 3, add as needed-use dex 3, normal gm fluid, lots of guys used to use f type, but was designed for fords to affect shifting, gm did it thru valve body mods
