: Installed Vent Window WS!

I broke down today and installed new window felts and vent window weatherstripping. The whole job took about three hours for both sides.

I've seen lots of people asking how to remove the vent window, so I took some digital pictures of the job as I went. My assembly manual doesn't show anything on this. I'll let you guys know when I get them posted somewhere.

thanx for the pictures and instruction. My vent window weatherstripping looks so good, but sounds sooooo bad. They won't seal properly and whistle a tune above 45MPH. I've been putting the change off, but its about time to do it. Look for your page link at http://links.chevelles.net/links

I've been published! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/cool.gif

I washed my car and drove it on the highway today for the first time since replacing the seals. I'm very happy to report that although I tried hard to get water in... It didn't happen. Also, no more whistle on the highway with the windows closed! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif

The old seals were hard like a rock! I actually had to break them out of there!

Sorry for bragging, but it just feels so good! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/cool.gif
