Nobody seems to know i had my motor done 70 396/402 1 rocker is getting no oil the others its slow but steady..psi is 40+ rocker is open rod is open even fished a another rocker in place changed oil and filter now what..

Some things to check:
Have you tried another push rod?

Some have an up and down orientation, I am not sure why, do yours?

Could there be something inside the tube that plugs the hole only under pressure?
