I know the custom El Camino came with one (supplied by Fisher) but wasn't aware the wagons did. Shouldn't be too hard for an upholstry shop to fabricate one. Isn't the tire/wheel hidden from view anyway?

Hinshaw's and Year One carry the vinyl cover that glues to the removable spare tire cover. I know of one at a junk yard in the SW Ohio area if you need the entire metal spare tire cover...

I believe OPGI is offering the PUI vinyl covers for the cargo area, including the spare tire cover, but not the cover itself.
