I have a real hard pedal and the car wont stop good,replaced booster last year and it was fine...do boosters go bad?..it feels like the pedal is it at the end of travel,I should be able to lock the brakes up right??

It sounds like you have a vacuum issue. Are the brakes just hard to push or does it jjust feel like the car is not applying th brakes?

the pedal is fine until you but in a panic stop then it hits a hard spot and it seems like thats it..no more pedal and car is still moving,i have 18 in vacuum.
