I still have a lot of work to do, but I have all the glass back in and the fenders and grill mounted. The vinyl top is scheduled for early next week and I hope to have the hood and tailgate finished this weekend.

Progress is the name of the game. Looking good. That was my favorite part hanging all the trim, like decorating the Christmas Tree http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif
Then you can sit in the garage with a frosty one and look at it with the parking lights on http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif See how the chrome glitters.... http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I named it because when I got it there was old paint, primer, and rust everywhere. I did the mechanical restoration then drove it daily like a cowboy would his horse(a paint), hence the name Ole Paint.
I live near the center of town, near the goveners mansion.
You must be out at Commance Peak Power Station, I did some 3rd party inspection there back in 85. I stayed at the Granberry Inn right on the lake. I was makin the big bucks back then, wish they'd build some more of those things.
