Installing new Valve Covers, but the grommets that they supplied are to small for any of the breathers that they sell at the local autozones. Any Suggestions?

if you look around, you can find breathers that fit in the smaller stock grommets that came with the valve covers, you just gotta look a bit harder. i have a Mr Gasket breather on my Monte Carlo, and a K&N on my Regal that fit in the same size hole as a PCV valve, but i don't know the part numbers right off hand.
find a real parts store that has a better selection of aftermarket stuff in their "cheap chrome" section, or browse around at the Summit or Jeg's sites until you find what you are looking for..

On the page from summit you posted is a sugested pats link at the top. There are 3 breahers listed there. You might try those part numbers at A-zone or another local place as most sell/can get Transdapt and Edelbrock parts.
