is this the correct shifter for a 68-72 console. The shifter i have now goes straight up and wont fit right in the console because of it. Is this the right shifter for a console application?

Yes that is the correct shifter I have the same one in my car

The shifter mount is for a 1967-68 Camaro not Chevelle...
If you post all the part numbers for the rods and levers and stick I'll be able to tell... Crash

I just wanted to make s ure they shifter was right dont care about the mount because i have an old s hifter mount already for the muncie. Thanks!
