how can i get a picture using a video clip? is it possible? what do i need to do? thanx

A free program called VLC Media Player allows you to take screenshots of whatever video you are playing. Here is a link to the program:

I've used VLC, but prefer VirtualDubMod (http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/) as it has a frame advance button and other features I use.
