had a total body off, now the paint looks like there is dirt in the clear coat. had it to the body shop they block sanded the quarter repainted it again, and it is back again. now i am really confused.

If the "popping" is appearing AFTER the paint has dried, it is either solvent pop or something in one of the undercoats is causing a reaction. More info would be needed for a blind diagnosis.

it sure has been humid.. probably solvent pop/moisture issue...

If bondo was used and they did not use a heat lamp to out gas the bondo (speeds up cure time). It will always pop until it's done right.
