But the guys selling the other one need to at least add casters to it to make it easily movable.

Anyone with good welding skills and a chop saw can make on of these.

It's drilled for casters and I've used them before but they are only needed if a person cannot dedicate a area in you shop for it while it is loaded. Even after it is loaded the unit can still be moved fairly easily. I would recomend a steel caster since rubber and even poly wheels don't hold up with paint strippers. They would have to lock also so you are not chasing it across the floor any time you apply any pressure to either side of the car while working on it.
