going to get all new exhaust system, i know i am going to get dynomax mufflers, but not sure what headers i should get, i am thinking of geting either dynomax headers or hooker compatition headers, or maybe hedmen, no matter what i get they will be ceramic coated. what ones are the best bang for the buck.

stay away from Dynomax, IMHO.

I put ceramic Hedmans on my 67 SS 396 ran a 2.5" inch exhaust through 2 chambered flow masters. I LOVE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The neighbors hate them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I have the Hookers. They are 2" primaries which are a little large, a 1.75 or 1.875 would give better low end torque. The ceramic coating is not the best. I have to keep them bright with Mothers paste. The fit is fine with the comps – I don’t know about the supers.
