If I swap my sweep dash for a SS dash will I need a new wiring harness??
I thought about maybe getting a dakota digital SS guage cluster as well.

Yes you will need to find a new wiring harness, if you decide to go full factory gauges, an idiot light harness can be modified to work with gauges.
Best bet is to find a 70-72 monte at a junkyard and pull the harness out of that and convert it.
Watch out though the 72 harness is different and will require a different engine harness.
