Does anyone know if the window regulators from 66-67 El Caminos will interchange with 65's?

no other years interchange

No, I never did find out. I ended up fixing mine. The spring that was inside the regulator broke jamming up all the gears. I drilled out the three rivets holding it together and removed all the spring parts that were jamming the gears. If you do try to fix it remove the tension spring prior to drilling out the three rivets. Then I welded the cup back over the regulator and re-installed the tension spring. Once you remove the spring inside the regulator it will function properly but anyone will be able to walk up to the window and push it down. I've been hunting for one at local swap meets but have not had luck yet.

Which side do you need? I may have one. Olded
