Anyone here build there own fuel cells? I have access to a tig welder at work and have been practicing welding aluminum. Figure it would be a fun project. Work with aircraft so have a decent idea of baffling and anti slosh. Probably dont want to use anti slosh foam as it breaks down after a few years. Just thinking something simple like 3 baffle plates with very small holes in it at the bottom, so it fills and doesnt drain very fast from the pickup during aggresisve low fuel driving periods. Anyway just let me know what you guys think or if anyone has any experience with this. Couldnt find anything in a search. Thanks.
