Can anyone advise whether front windscrean from a 66 4 Pontiac Lemans 4dr pillarless car will fit 66 Chevelle Malibu 2dr HT, and whether the tilt stearing unit is compatiable.

The steering column will fit, assuming it's an automatic shift transmission and yours has the same. Likewise with a manual shift transmission. You may, not certain, need to put your neutral safety switch on it because of the wiring harness connector.
Don't know about the windshield. If you can't get a response here, check with a local automotive glass installer in your area, they can tell you.

A quick check in Paul Herd's interchange book says that the Chevrolet and Pontiac glass will interchange as long as they are similar body styles. The problem is that they do not even mention a 4 door car! So, I cannot tell if there is a difference between the 2 door and 4 door glass.
