Bill wanted me to post this for him. If you are wondering how to lift a body off a frame, here's a simple jig to do it.

FROM BILL:

Here you go .... not my idea but glad someone shared it .... works awesome , in pic with total car body is about an 1/2 inch off frame while car / frame on jackstands at back ... pls post on site ..... to make get a 44" 1x1 angle iron drill 4 holes to match the rear seat belt anchor holes in body use seat belt anchor bolts to secure ...... get 2 10" lengths of 7/16" fine threaded rod screw into outer front seat belt holes near door sill .get 64" 1x1 square tubing and bend ( v-notch) in center to touch tunnel where inner front seat belt anchor holes are .I used a piece of scrap flat steel to form a u around tunnel and drilled holes to attatch to seat belt anchor holes then welded 1x1 tubing to u steel strap and drill holes at outer end of 1x1 tubing to match up with threaded rod ...... then use up some scrap to tie angle iron to front 1x1 tubing put hook in center or 2 hooks like I did to use a leveler
