: Is 1000 a good deal for a running 454 ls5 triggerfinger Jun 15th, 06, 3:31 PM I have an opportunity to buy a 454 Ls5. The guy told me it was rebuilt before he got it. He was running it in his pickup and he claims it ran well. It has all the accesories and all I would need is a distributor. ( motor mounts,radiator,oil pan) I plan to put it in my 66 chevelle. Complete carb to pan Heads: 336781 H16 76 Manifold GMT 1340218 H2277 Deck PAd: CEJ13052 Rear: GM15 14015445 HI-P Passenger F4 129B There was a metal plate on the bottom Re-manufacture number E20403 So Did I do OK?
