Just received my brand new Trim Parts rear quarter emblems. I'm sitting here trying to make a drill template on the CAD machine at work and THESE EMBLEMS ARE A JOKE! Not only are they bowed along the bottom rail about .090 from one end to the other but the posts that the nuts go on aren't even in the same places from one to the other. They're off over .060 in just 2 inches. I can understand small discrepancies but you could drill two identical hole patterns and you wouldn't be able to insert identical(ya right) emblems form the same lot and same manufacturer. These thing are a joke for the price that we pay for them! Sorry about the venting but this sort of thing really irritates me http://www.chevelles.com/forum/mad.gif!

I think you should stop your whining and just make them work! all you have to do is tape them to the quarter panel then use a hammer to drive the studs into the metal. It works great!

I used the 3 pounder, but you could also break off the studs and use a hot glue gun.
