Although the engine is running quite cool according, always below half way on the temp guage, inside the car is like a sweat box. Even on a cool evening with the windows down. I'm thinking the heater door is stuck open? The fan doesn't work at the moment so it's not like air is "blowing" but the inside is just heating up after a while. Anybody have ane experience like this?

my 67 is missing the plastic piece behind the brake booster and hot air comes in thru the firewall opening behind the booster.
