I know this has probably been discussed but here is what I need to know. I need to replace my left fender and door, header panel, bumper filler, bumper, complete grille assembly on my 69 chevelle. I would like to know your experience and ideas on where to get good parts (new or otherwise) that are worth buying. Too many places sell them and I only want to buy them once. Thanks in advance for your time.

My suggestion is to buy new parts from the resto places unless you can see what your buying in person. I bought some stuff from a guy in Ohio for my son's 70 and could use less than half of what I bought. One persons idea of good(rusted through pieces) can definatley differ from another persons definition of good. I will say thought that I have gotten some good parts from others on this site. Good luck Pete

and only half of the NEW repro stuff fits . I just got a whole set of wheel well moldings that bend the wrong way when they down come to the body sculpture lines. some of my bed trim was even OER and didn't fit or finish for crap in my word , luckily i am building a true driver, but I thought about the poor guys trying to build a 100 pt car even though its not my bag.. I did notice that the TRIM brand parts I bought were nice and fit well and were complete with all parts needed. I also liked the SOFFSEAL weatherstrips.
