Is there any difference in the rear fenders of a 68 between a normal malibu and a 300 post car? I know the doors are shorter, but does this throw off the fenders too?

I wasnt quite sure what to call it, im talking about the piece that goes from the door, to the taillight and up midway into the c pillar.
