I ran across a website - http://www.tcnchevelle.com/ - that has GM bumpers that have been re-chromed for $190. The price includes trading yours in. Has anyone bought a bumper (or anything else) from these guys and if so how is the quality?

I can't comment directly on those bumpers, but when looking at options on rechroming my 70 bumpers, I found that you get what you pay for.
Example...A very reputable supplier in So Cal also offers rechromed GM bumpers with a trade in for $200/ea. I thought that this would be a good way to go until I saw the quality of the chrome. No way Jose' (pronounced Ho zay).
I paid $325/ea for my original bumpers to be rechromed and am so glad I did. My suggestion to you, is if you have a good plater around, to go that route. My $.02

I'd try tri-city plating in Tenesee 1-800-251-7536 - lifetime guarantee
