I keep on burning out fuses for dash lights.I converted a sweep style dash to a ss dash.1970.I finally figured out that this wire was not plugged in and for the life of me I can't figure out where it goes.Can someone give me some guidance.Thanks.Now I can't seem to put the picture of the wire on here.
So I will try and explain what it looks like.One side of the plug is just like the one that attaches to steering wheel columb.It reads ABCDEF.A has 2 black wires with white srtipes.B has nothing Cgreen,Dgrey E yellow and F black.Now the other end has 3 plugs and can find out where 1 of them go.the yellow,grey and black are all together in a 3 way plug.I will start with that,maybe they are not needed,but on my parts cars they are all cut up so i can't see where they go.Parts car is not a SS so maybe I just have to join them together or some thing.Thanks TC

Sounds like the factory radio plug. yellow is power, black is ground and grey is power for the radio lense. The other wires should be speaker wires.
