I have a 1972 and am installing a rear bumper. The fit is good but I have two issues: 1) The tail light lenses are out farther than they were with the original bumper. They don't stick out past the bumper but they should be more recessed. This is caused by the mounting point where the light housing attaches to the bumper. Is there a way to adjust them inward? 2) When tightenening the four bolts in trunk that holds the bumper to the body, the bumper is pulled too high and hits where the edge of the quarter sits above the bumper in the right corner. Do I shim where the bolt and nut attach the bumper to the frame bracket on the inside under the light assembly? It seems to be an up and down adjustment. Thanks
