All the body lines and everything are the same. The fenders would even work but the 70 has the turn signal in the lower front where 71-72 didn't. The fenders have side markers on the 70, which the 71 doesn't have.. But you can always cut them.. I'm trying to keep cost to a minimum and keep as much of the factory metal intact. A nice low mile malibu would be an excellent donor to revive my buddy's SS.
