Happy Holidays to you all. I have a 70 chevelle that will need almost every panel replaced (heavy rust). Would a 71 donor body, from the doors back, interchange?

Thanks,

As far as I know yes the parts will interchange. All the body lines and everything are the same. The fenders would even work but the 70 has the turn signal in the lower front where 71-72 didn't.

They will interchange.
Everything will interchange with that car except the front clip.

As brian said. The fenders have side markers on the 70, which the 71 doesn't have.. But you can always cut them.. (in case you really need new ones)

Thanks Brian & Shai. I'm trying to keep cost to a minimum and keep as much of the factory metal intact. A nice low mile malibu would be an excellent donor to revive my buddy's SS. His car is so rusty you could unlock the door by reaching through the door skin.
