My 69 Malibu has a 68 327 under the hood. Along the way it appears the radiator was changed out too - first clue was the notch cut out of the radiator top panel to accomodate the radiator cap. The radiator is 32" wide, 18" tall and 2.5" deep. The "reservoir" is vertical on the passenger side of the radiator. Hose to intake manifold exits driver side top; the drain plug is driver side bottom. Hose to pump is mid-passenger side. There are two copper lines from the passenger side reservoir to some point at the rear of the engine. The radiator cap is on an angle at the upper corner of the passenger side with a hose for the overflow bottle (missing).
The only label I can find is a tag on the core as follows:
CANADA
29049 1446
Keep it or replace it (not going for a full restoration) - functional or marginal equipment?? Thanks for your thoughts, suggestions, and identifications!
