I just tried to put a new repo. lower moldig on the rear of my 69.
The problem I have is when I align one side even with the bottom edge of the pannel the other end of the molding is about an inch up from the bottom edge.
I an rock the bottom edge of the molding out so there is about 1/4" space between it and the body and it would align, but then what about the 1/4" gap?
has anybody had this problem?
thanks T.C.

Be sure it's right side up. It's easy to get it upside down which looks almost the same but harder to fit. Let me guess, I bet it's made by Corvex Moulding.

Thanks for the reply Von:
I did try them both ways, the other way was worse and the larger beed goes to the top "I think"
Its' acually not made by Corvex (But I do own a set of there "JUNK" wheel opening moldings)
It is made by ????
The package said "BEST OUALITY" and that was all.
I bought these from what I thought is a good company? "Classic Muscle" I have had good luck in the past with them I guess this time they got me?
I think instead of calling these parts "reproductions" they should call them "MISSREPRODUCTIONS" .
thanks again!!
