purchased a seat for a 67 chevelle on line, bought seat covers dont fit. dont think this is a seat from a 67 chevelle. has head rest built in. has no release button on back of seat, seat bottom has 4 white clips to attach to seat frame, rear back rest is zippered at bottom, need help to identify seat to replace covers

Are there 2 holes up near the headrest, or a little bracket mounted there? My 84 H/O has a little arm mounted by the headrest to catch the shoulder harness and drag it forward for back seat access.
