So my wife calls on an add for a twin bed for sale locally here in Idaho. We get there and in the garage next to the beds is a sheet covering what looks like a '70 Chevelle. I ask the guy if that is a '70 Chevelle and he said yep, and would be happy to get rid of it. OK, now I have got to ask the first question as my wife waits patiently. Is it a 454 car? Nope, he replies, it was originaly a 396 SS. I ask him what was in it now. He says a 427. Four speed, buckets, and is red with black interior. He said 19k would make him happy and I got a feeling he would take less but not sure how much less. He went on to say that he was going to take it to Hot August Nights in Reno later to see if he could sell it.
