I'm installing a Griffin aluminum radiator in my '66 396. I've been told to use a 50/50 mix using distilled water. Is this the best way to go? Are there any additives I should be using with the aluminum? Thanks Guys.

Mark,
Any modern antifreeze should be fine with the aluminum radiator. Almost every car and truck made nowdays uses an aluminum radiator and aluminum cylinder heads so the coolant has to be safe for it.

Sounds good. I'm going to try some of the Redline Water Wetter too. I'm sure it doesn't lower temps as much as they claim, but won't hurt to try it, I guess.
