I was kinda dissapointed with my autozone Qjet bogging. It was so bad that even at half throttle,if you floored it the motor would bog real bad then pick up. I got to talking to another car nut and he told me to adjust the air door spring tension on the secondaries. What a difference. I just got back from a test drive. now I can floor it from a idle and the car just gets! the cowl door opens, no hesitation or bog. Any other things to look for on Qjets? Im happy with it where its at, but willing to mess with it this weekend. Jim

Jim, I like the Q myself. It seems to me that if you have to let the car sit for long periods of time, they usually fire up quick , and unless the float sticks, give little trouble. I bought the Edlebrock kit that uses a oxgen senser and helps you with getting the jets properly sized. Its sells from Summit for around 140 bucks and I use it to help tune all my carbs. It will tell about what air/fuel ratio your engine is seeing at idle, part throttle and WOT.
