I am getting ready to install the carpet this weekend! :hurray: I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for sound deadener and/or insulation for under the carpet. Thanks for the help.

Dynamate is really nice stuff. Alot of people use is for their floors or trunks (if a sound system is instaled) It dappens sounds as well as heat.

Found Some Insulation At Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse That Looks Kind Of Like Bubble Wrap But It Looks Like Aluminum Foil On Both Sides Of It. It's Not Too Thick But It Is Used For House Insulation On The Underside Of Roofs. A Lot Less Expensive Than The Automotive Stuff And Works Very Good. It Comes In Rolls And You Can Cut It To Fit And Use Aluminum Tape Or Duct Tape To Tape Seams Up. That's What I Used.
