What is the correct height for the 'engine size numerals' (327) above the "V" emblem, on the '67?

My 67 Elky (327) looks original and the baseline of the "327" is 1/4" above the horizontal plane of the red/white/blue emblem. The base of the "327" actually sits down lower than the top of the flags in the "V". I posted a picture here (http://bull-enterprises.com/dalesplace/327flag.jpg).
