I just saw this ad in the local paper and was wondering what you all thought - 69 chevelle, no trans or engine , 10 bolt rear - has rust $150

How hard is it to replace rusty panels, or find replacement panels? would it just be better to look for a body without rust?

The First thing I would ask the guy is if it has a Title. He may be selling it for parts only that's why it's so cheap. Call the guy and see what's up...
