I was looking at the Jet Hot webpage and noticed that they list their own brand of headers. Has anyone tried a set and if so how was the fit?
I had bought a set of Hedmans from them several years ago and also see that they sell Hookers too.

I doing some research for my Dad who recently bought a 67 SS and wants to replace the old rusty headers thats currently on it. Best fit without breaking the bank is what he's looking for. I have a set of Hedman 68196's on my 65 with a big block and they fit pretty well with some small mods but there is always room for improvement! I e-mailed Jet Hot but got a very generic reply that didn't address any of my questions except for price:(

I talked to Chris at Jet Hot and he indicated that the Jet Hot brand are Pacesetter headers, anyone tried them?

I've had them on my '70. Very good fit, excellent finish inside and out. They were purchased YEARS ago by a previous owner and still looked like new. I replaced them due to size, not fit or wear.

When I bought my headers from Jet Hot they were Hookers. Fit is OK with the 2" pipes ( you need a ton of motor to use 2" ) except for #5 tube and the steering rod.

Hedman makes a 1.75" header for 67's that folks here claim fits mint. Can't comment on the Pacesetters. 67s arent as easy to fit as 70s.

I DO LIKE JetHots lifetime warranty. I've had mine recoated once and almost sent them back last week as the engine is out again. That's cool.
