I have seen gold "NOS" bezels, but original cars and even restored cars that I have seen sport the silver bezels? I don't mind someone questioning anything I say, I am by no means the last or final word on anything.. that said.. yes, I would say that my statement is based on personal experience.. the experience of years of research and looking at many many 66 SS and 67 SS cars and never, not once seeing any Gold Knobs.. have seen what the other fella said.. gold after the silver wears away.. but no such animal.. I stick by that. If you have an NOS one.. it is likely for a diff. car., so hopefully I don't have to spell this out, but just in case.. Yes, go with the silver ;) and No, this is not a 66 Debate unless someone wants to make it one :p | ||
