Is it right to have black seat belts with the basic red malibu interior? Do the seat belts for the front seats have covers over the bolts, the one you see from the back seat?

My wife's 70 malibu has a factory red interior with black seat belts and covers over the mounting bolts. Her grandmother bought the car brand new and this is the way it came.Steeringwheel and column(sp) are also red.
