Hi, well I had awsome brakes before but now that I have installed my new big block with a monster cam I have a hard peddal unless I am at high rpm's then it feel like it used too. can any one that may have dealt with this same issue recomend a good brand for an electric vacuume maker? I don't even know where to start looking. thank's in advance, mike

If you have power steering I suggest you consider a Hydroboost brake system and forget about the vacumn issues. I went that route and wow do I have braking pressure now!

Just hope you never throw a power steering belt! That pressure gets lost FAST (even with the emergency nitrogen canister). The you're gunna wish you had a vacuum system thaat lost pressure! It happened to me once, and will NEVER happen again because i will never stray away from vacuum again.

MP master power brakes has a 12 volt vacume kit not having any problem with mine sounds like an electric fuel pump when you turn on the key.

Get one from a junkyard Early 80's Citation or Celebrity . These work great and you can remove the entire rubber mounted mounting bracket with it for about $20.
