I have not watched Trucks for a long time, actully been too busy to watch any tv on the weekends. But I did turn on the TV today because my wife and kids were gone. And I wondered the same thing. Don't think I'll be watching "trucks" any longer.

No kidding... Stacy was the only host (Except Chuck of course ;) ) that I really liked to watch, just because he did it all himself from turning wrenches to cutting fabricating and welding.

Kind of like all the nonsense they play on speed these days.... Although it's now stuck in my head again I'm so happy that "bikes and Beers, guns and girls...." is gone... Now they have to get rid of Unique pimps.... I so badly want to go do a burnout in front of Unique Autosports (there's nothing autosport about them) while Speed's filming an episode....

I'm 20, and those new guys are idiots. I haven't watched the show since Stacy left. He was trucks, period. I'm not even into trucks, but that show was the only show where you actually see "hot rodding" going on, down to the nitty gritty. Heck, he even showed us how to do a chop-top project.

Everyone I know loved Stacey on Trucks, he was by far the best host on any car show on tv. I thought the program is awesome too.

is that offroad show with the cute blonde girl that did all of the welding and fabricating and what not still on?

I useto rush home after chruch to watch trucks and horsepower tv watched trucks last week not even interesting without stacy as the host. What we need is a show on drag racing how to set up chassis,on motors,tricks that work, and hands on to build a car. Stacy would be a good host with hands on info. They could also do segments on bracket racing. Razz.

i too agree about the new guys. they have been on for over a month now and i think they are clowns. i tried to give them a chance but i would rather watch stacey's cheezy laugh, its actually a chuckle, and his 80's rolled up sleeves then these two. what would make the show interesting is if the big guy started choking the small guys neck with his bare hands. that would be a kick.

I'm right there with you on that. Everyone could learn from watching that show, regardless of your interests.

I think there was a falling out with Stacey and the producers in concerns of what he wanted to versus what they wanted to do....

RTM productions has done their damndest to keep everyone in the dark. Over on the powerblock forums they deleted each and every comment brought up about Stacey after he left. Then they started threatening everyone who spoke of his name and being the pansies they are would never leave an e-mail address.

They finally took down the powerblock forum due to their childness and not wanting to fill their viewers in on what was going on, much less allowing anyone to talk about it.

The bald headed guy looks like he could've been a WWF wrestler. Not sure what to make of the other guy.....

Is it too much to ask to have the powerblock on at the same time every weekend? Spike is part of the problem too as far as im concerned. How many times do we need to see these stupid wildest videos on? And enough of those rediculous Kung Fu movies. When they moved powerblock to some timeslot before 11am I havent seen it since.

Not really a fan of that race car driver powerblock babe since I heard a recent interview on the radio of her anymore either. She really is stuck on herself, thats for sure. I saw a preview of Trucks with these 2 new guys on there and it just didnt look like it would be as good. This new show with those 2 boneheads that re-did a repro 69 Camaro was actually quite rediculous too.

Stacy was the perfect man for the Job when he built that 68 Chevy pickup. Copperhead. That thing was sweet.

I think the little guy was the painter of Copperhead. At least I think he said that on the 1st show. Can't wait for Stacey's new show.

As far as Trucks goes, I used to love that show when Stacey was on. Now it's kind of hard to sit through. My wife even used watch it with me because she liked Stacey, too. That's saying alot, because normally she could care less about these shows.

Well, hopefully Stacey's new show will be good, and we can tune in to that. It's good that he got a new gig. Hate to see him vanish into obscurity.

The BEST part of TRUCKS was that Stacy was not only a real car/truck guy, but that he drove his vehicles like he STOLE them!

I love how he trashed Crazy Horse in the mud and then did amazing smokey burnouts with Copper Head!!!

"Stone Cold Steve Austin" is DREADFUL to watch on Trucks. Why they would think anyone who looks like Mr. Clean but dresses like a teenage boy would be interesting to watch is beyond me. He holds the die grinder like it's a "gangsta" pistol

On a good note, I do like how Joe has now become Mike's sidekick on Horsepower the same way he was Chuck's sidekick. Elmore's bitterness just oozes through the screen.

Hopefully Stacey's show will be up and running soon. I miss actually "learning" something instead of the cretins sqwaking about all the free stuff manufacturers gave them.

Now that Stacey is gone I can't stand trucks... I really don't even watch it.. pretty much get up and do my weekend duties when it comes on....

I do like Musclecar, Extreme 4X4, and Horsepower TV still.

I don't like the new hosts but still watch it. Have any of you applied for the host positions at powerblock? I have applied for 2 different positions.....why not....that would be a dream job.

I've only seen the Power Block a few times since all the changes, but Courtney didn't seem nearly as comfortable in her new job as she was during her Overhaulin days. She seems way too flirtatious to sit alone in a studio with cameras. She needs guys around to bring out her personality.

I've often wondered whether her leaving Overhaulin was the Producer's idea - or Mrs. Foose! LOL!! The new woman (can't remember her name eventhough I watch it every week) isn't nearly as sexy, IMO. Let's face it, they don't - nor should they - hire them for their ability to narrate a show!! LOL!!

There was a girl at a cruise night a few years ago with a saleen (5.0, 5spd, Vortec) and everyone thought it was her boyfriends car. When she left she did a brake stand 1st, 2nd and 3rd and barely moved forward grabbing each gear... No Line Loc! I was in lust!!! :) If I knew who she was I'm sure she would've been my first ex-wife... :D
