I have complete rust thu in the trunk of my 72 chevelle so, I bought a one peice trunk pan. Does it matter if I just bolt it onto the frame....will it cause it to rust?

Well, the trunk floor didn't actually touch the frame. In fact the body never touched the frame. That's what all those body bushings are for. If you do bolt the replacement panel to the floor you will have about a 1/2 gap from the new panel to the old panels. Plus I'd say it would make all kinds of popping noises when the frame flexes etc during driving.
