I need to change the rotors on my 99 taurus. I have never done this kind of job before, so I was wondering what I would have to do to change them? Looks like i will have to reuse the lugs, but beyond that I'm not sure.

Im a little confused when you say you have to re use your lugs. But its not hard to change rotors on those. They have a hat style pop off rotor. Just pull the caliper off and the rotor comes off. Sometimes a hammer is needed but it will come off.

Thanks Chris. I think I confused myself too... looks like it will be a pretty simple job, though. And i've got the hammer ready just in case.

Haven't done a Taurus, might have to take the caliper mount off too.
