On a side note, I am restoring mine at home, what kind of grease gets applied to the worm gear? I was thinking of using Vasoline.

Dont use Vasoline! it will just leal out and make a mess and it wont work very good.
I would use like some white lithium grease, or atleast something that has a heat grease tio go up to 200+ degrees, only because its under the hood of a car and get hot.

Didn't think of that, I'll give the white lithium a whirl.
Thanks, Jim.
