What’s this car worth?

I owned it for a few months 2 years ago until the present owner talked me out of it. Now I have the opportunity to buy it back. He’s looking for offers and I think $7500 would buy it.

It’s a 13637 car with a 396/402, TH400 and 331 open 12 bolt. There is no build sheet and I’m 99% sure it’s a clone because of many mismatched parts; drum brakes, white lettered dash gauges, wrong front seats, 71 rear end housing, etc. The best way to describe its present condition is tired inside and out but almost rust free. The hood pictured has been replaced with an original GM cowl induction hood.

Think as long as the motor and trans. doesn't need to be rebuilt,be an excellent price. Not bad even if needed.Good shape clones are in the 20's now in certain areas. But wouldn't go to high over 10 if its not what you really want.

I don't know about Bismark,But in New York that is a 25 to 30 K car.

Indeed -- that car is worth well over $7500 here in Michigan.

Don't walk, run to the bank before someone else does. They want more than 7500. for cars you have to flatbed home down here.

I thought about the 70 clone over the weekend and told the owner last night I wasn't interested. After reading the replies I'm going to see if I can make a deal.

 Thank's, not one negative.

Even has tilt steering.I'd check underneath the wrap.Mine was like that.Plastic was rotten and full of places with just metal underneath. But easy enough to restore or get new one.

3 or 4 weeks ago 70 red with black stripes SS clone sold at the Pomona swap meet for $35,000, in 2 hours. Belonged to a TC member from So. Cal.
The one your showing looks like it has ruff interior but exterior looks pretty decent, looks over 10 grand to me easy..There could be heavy rust behind the lower rear on cowl behind those front fenders, if your worried about rust. BUT, its repairable, if you don't mind the time and labor and cost.
