While looking on Ebay for parts a seller had body side mouldings for 68-69 chevelle. did 69 also come with lowerbody moulding? I can't recall ever seeing this option.

I believe 69 NON-SS cars could have a lower molding which is similar to those on the '68s. For some reason I want to say that the molding is different, however.

My 69 Malibu (nope, not SS) came with body side moldings. They look just the same as the moldings I've seen in the catalogs. If they are different, the diff is subtle.

Mine have been removed to accomodate a new paint scheme. The original paint had silver below the trim and accross the back end.
