Are they or are there other products that are like POR 15? I understand that Eastwood has a product similar. I'm going to use one of them and the local paint shop I an dealing with has Chassis Black only. Don't want to get it if it isn't going to be what I want. I am getting ready to clean the floors, sand down any surface rust, weld repair a few holes (about 1/8 - 1/4 inch), and then paint before the car goes to get the body painted. Thanks

Chassis black and por 15 are not the same. Por 15 will stay forever, chassis black will not.
Fuel, brake fluid and road debree will take chassis black off and will not protect against rust. HTH

Chassis Black is a topcoat that is applied over Por. I do believe it is UV resistant though. But the makers of Por tell you up front that it does not offer the same corrosion protection as Por 15.

OK I see that the products aren't the same but maybe I should have clarified - I am talking about the inside floor, not bottom of the tub. I have tried different cleaning solutions and I think I have to sand or grind a bit. TAr-like stuff, glue, seam sealers, etc are in and I wnat them out. Then I will re seal the seams and paint. The other thing I see is that the inside floor of the car is the same color as the body. So if I POR15 it can I still have it painted?
