: How best to cutout floor pan damage?

I’m going to be cutting out some small rust spots in a floor pan and I don’t have to go over any of the braces. Previously I’ve just used a sawsall with a short fine tooth metal blade. Some of the guys at work are using air chisels or 3 in cutoff wheels. The impact hammer with a sheet metal cutting chisel seems like the easiest, but will it do excessive damage to sheet?

I used my sawzall with a fine tooth blade for most of the floor removal and a 3" cutoff wheel when working around the braces.

Pneumatic shears or a nibbler
