Does anyone have a template for drilling the holes in a 69 Front fender for the SS 396 emblems?

Trying to help out my neighbor get his car ready for paint... He has the factory book with their drawing of the hole locations, but its like translating ancient egyptian.

Hoping someone already has a template made up for this, or maybe someone has a 69 fender with the holes already in it sitting around and could trace where the holes go in relation to the top and rear edges of the fenders.

Thanks Mike, I just found the image on my computer and uploaded it.

Let me say again though I don't know how correct mine are because I wasn't the one that put them on the new fenders.
I only assume the guy that did it used the old fenders as a template.
No one has ever said they didn't look right in the last 20 years. (not to me anyway) :)
