How long do I need to wait between coats of primer? Like, after I put the self-etching primer, how long do I wait before I apply the urethane primer? And how much of each primer do I need to put on?

Three medium coats of etching primer. Let it flash (dry to the touch) between coats. The Urethane primer can go on after the etching primer has flashed. Three medium coats with the same rule of flash time inbetween coats. The best reducer to use in your primer is the slowest drying. After you have sprayed you final coat of primer before paint, let it dry at least one week before sanding, perferably longer. The reason for this is that you need to let the primer cure. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif

I am just know learning about the paint and body aspect of my project, so I don't know much. I went to a local body shop supply store and picked the paint guys brain for an hour or so about primers, he recommended that I first use a etching primer, than a primer filler, and then a primer/sealer (is this right?). Now after the primer/sealer the car should sit for a week to cure, or before the primer/sealer? Thanks,
Steve
